Has anyone had or thought about getting dental work done in Mexico?

My parents get their dental done in Mexico every year. It's cheap and the dentist that they go to is great!

What kind of dental work are you talking about? Like a regular cleaning? Root canal?

I’ve had multiple cosmetic surgeries in Brazil, and two in Taiwan. All have gone wonderfully.  
 
My cousin had Veeners done in mexico. She now has no teeth and is missing a piece of her jaw. Five years later she’s still getting surgeries and massive infections.  
 
I travelled for cosmetic surgeries because i wanted those SPECIFIC doctors. I saw their work and knew if someone was working on my face/body I wasn’t winging it with any doctor. I paid about the same price or slightly more to travel and get it done elsewhere, than it would’ve cost to drive to Winnipeg to get it done by a surgeon there.  
 
That being said, if you’re travelling to mexico because you’ve researched a dentist over and over and only trust them because they do amazing work, go right ahead ! If you’re going to just to save a buck I highly suggest you think otherwise or put MONTHS into researching your Doctor. Saving a buck isn’t worth it a lot of the time in situations like this.

Good morning, my wife and I have gone to this dental clinic, Doctor Julio Manuel Alor Cazares.  
The clinic was superior, very hygienic, the clinic had new up with up to date dentistry equipment.  
Our dentist was  
Dr . Carlos Amaya Estrada  
He is a younger dentist but very knowledgeable , friendly . He is honest.  
When I last saw him, I had thought that I had required a cap on a bad tooth, after he examined the tooth Dr. Estrada fixed the tooth with a filing, saying the filing was suffice and would last just as long as a cap.

Hello can you tell me if your parents go to Los Algodones or elswhere. Also do you have the name of the clinic or DR. Thanks
