Is there hand sanitizer available anywhere in Brandon?

Try Walmart. They have those small sample/travel size ones. There were plenty a few weeks ago. I think you can find out the inventory online.

We had gotten some from It's Charlow Darling. It smells so nice!

Showcase in the Mall has 946 mL bottles (with smaller ones coming). $29.99. Discount for seniors, and health care workers.

That is insane!!! Way to take advantage of people right now, will think twice before shopping there again!  
How is Showcase even an essential place to be open?

Costs are going up, at a manufacturing level. There is a shortage of the materials that are required to make it, which drives there price up. There are extra steps manufacturers have to take to product products. The price to the stores has gone up drastically.  
 
Plus, this is for basically a 1L bottle of sanitizer, not just your small hand size one. Approximately 4 times the size of the normal ones. Divide it by 4, and it is $7.50. A bit higher, but given the reason in the article, reasonable. I know of one place that is charging double that.  
 
As for why are they open? They are getting sanitizer, masks (many of which are only sold to health care workers - who need them the most since the Provence is not providing enough), gloves, and other needed items at this time.
