Not sure why all the secrecy. It was an open question on an open forum about something that is completely legal in Canada.  
 
I have some arthritis in both knees and a meniscus tear in one knee that is causing 10 out of 10 pain. The prescribed medication that I am taking only takes the edge off the pain and in turn is doing great harm to my body. I decided last month that I cann't be on opioid medication for the rest of my life so I am trying CBD oil. I am still experimenting with getting the right dosage but hope to be off the prescribed medication soon.  
 
For me, taking anything cannabis related was a big step. I never did marajuana when I was young and disagreed with its use and culture as I got older. Times have changed and I believe CBD oil might be something worth looking into. Please please, contact a medical cannabis doctor first to check for any interactions with other medication first.

They likely have it in stock or can get it in. Get their advice on dosing for your particular needs. But, be aware, the oil is quite expensive.

Doing a search smoke shops have Hemp oil but not cbd.

Not sure why this came up as a new post. It was attached to the post about Hemp Oil. Any way, Contact a cannabis doctor in Winnipeg. They will get all your facts and then decide what is good for you. They will send the prescription to a distributor (don't what to mention any name so as I don't influence you in any way). Then you set up an account and your CBD (if that’s what you end up getting) is shipped straight to your door.

I can't take most pain medication due to allergies. Ironically, I am also allergic to hemp and cannabis. So I am literally limited to Advil liquid gels. Which, by the way, are not enough for things like hand surgery (done 3 yrs ago).  
I took vitamins. 3 pills D3+K. (1000 IU D3 + 120mcg K), plus 2 pills of Calcium + magnesium (333mg calcium, 167mg magnesium). The pain killer is actually the vitamin D3. The others help the body to absorb the D3 more effectively.  
Right after hand surgery, I took that amount of pills every 2-4 hrs. Within 24 hrs, I was completely pain free. Driving my standard car within 2 days of surgery. Mind you, it was extremely limited use of my hand. After about 4 days, I was able to go 7 hrs between doses of vitamins. And edged it back as I was able. By the time I seen the surgeon again for a follow up, I was only taking vitamins twice a day, (morning and bedtime). I don't take them at all any more unless my hand hurts from extreme overuse or if there is a prolonged cold snap in the winter that causes aching.  
 
I recommend this to a coworker who was on some pretty powerful opioids while waiting for shoulder surgery. (He was concerned about prolonged use.) He started the vitamins, went cold turkey on the Tramacet, and was doing well after 24 hrs. Completely pain free after 48 hrs. He took only the vitamins after his shoulder surgery and was completley pain-free.  
 
Another coworker was told by his surgeon to take this vitamin combination after he had knee surgery...because it is very effective.  
 
 
My brother-in-law has osteoarthritis, and he swears by Jamieson CLA 95 (3 pills once a day). He says it takes about 3 weeks to work, and don't miss a day or you start all over. It leaves him mostly pain free, and very capable of mobility/flexibility.  
 
Good luck on finding what works for you. If you can find & try CBD oil, that is supposed to work good...but I will never be able to confirm this myself. Lol.

....the staff at Delta9 talking about their clinic days. I believe a Dr. From their Wpg Lifestyle Clinic comes to Brandon once a month for appointments.  
 
As I understand it, he/she prescribes cannabis products like CBD which makes it available to you,both, online and cheaper.  
 
Best to check with them directly for details as I may have misunderstood some of what I heard as I was not part of the discussion .
