Dairy Queen hasn't been changed

the note on the weekend said Hillcrest

and now public health says Fairview

Adam can you check what is really happening?

I’m confused by your question?! I’m assuming this is about Covid exposure? I haven’t heard anything about Dairy Queen.

it still says 908 - 18th street

yet DQ had annoucement that it was DQ in Walmart Parking area

Then announcement on weekend stated Hillcrest and today it was stated Fairview in updatte

It's all of Fairview, Hillcrest and Rideau as well as 2nd floor of Assiniboine Centre that are "Outbreak declared/Visitor restritions in place:"

I've sent a note off to what I believe is the right place for them to double-check the info re DQ. For it to be official they would need to verify themselves and not just take my word for it, but my info came direct from the top of DQ in Brandon and so am very confident that it is the Corral Centre "Grill and Chill" location that had the potential exposure dates that are listed for the 21st and 23rd and not the seasonal location that they have listed right now.

I hadn’t heard about that one or the Eastside Mario’s. The rest they’ve had in the press releases. I didn’t see those. And yes as Adam stated, it’s Rideau, Hillcrest, Fairview and A2 at the hospital.

It is the grill and chill DQ. I have a family member who works at the old location. Apparently the owner has tried getting it changed. This just goes to show that unfortunately mistakes are being made in what information is being published

Note that they have corrected the DQ exposure address to 915-18th St North Unit 1 in the Corral Centre... Dates remain August 21 from 12-5pm and August 23 from 12-5pm. Will close this thread to avoid confusion with the main exposures thread.
