    Been on hold with Health Links for over 2 hours to see about my covid test results as it not showing on their website.  
     
    Has anyone else been experiencing extremely long wait times??

    Health Links line was down last night close to 4 hours so they are probably backed up with calls considering the big numbers in Winnipeg.

    I was told that 7-8 hours is typical during peak times right now. Monday’s have been bad apparently and I’m guessing it’s going to be really awful now that it’s a long weekend.  
    I hope they do something about this.

    I'm glad I stocked up on groceries... My phone died trying to stay on hold. and I would no like to see the bill if I stayed on the phone for 8 hours.

    I thought maybe Sunday wouldn't be quite as busy getting through to speak to someone at Health Links but I have been on hold this afternoon/evening for almost 6 hours! I know the skyrocketing number of cases is probably the reason and they are doing the best they can but I'm about to give up with my questions unanswered
