Pillow

I recommend going to Sleep Country and tell them what you are looking for. There are pillows designed for different sleep habits. For stomach sleepers, the pillows are usually flat and thinner. A big puffy pillow is usually designed for side sleepers. And medium thick pillows are designed for back sleepers.
My household likes feather pillows over memory foam, as they can be bunched and pushed into whatever shape you want them. Great for people who toss and turn alot.
But if your neck and head ache it is probably that your pillow is too thick, pushing your spine/neck backwards all night. Or you may be sensitive/slightly allergic to memory foam. Highly recommend getting a flat, thin feather pillow. Many pillows actual say on them what sleep pattern they are designed for. But you really have to look for the wrighting . Or go to Sleep Country and get one of their sales people to help you find the right pillow for your sleep pattern.
I do not work for Sleep Country. I just remember an ad they used to run on Star FM years ago.
