Anyone know the current wait time to get into an ENT doctor? Portage/Winnipeg

You need a referral, so if you have one simply call the clinic and ask. If you don’t have a referral, get one, then again call the clinic and ask

Thanks for the input shm why comment if you don’t personally have recent experience Jeeze. Was just wondering other ppls recent wait times. As last year was told a year for allergy testing and it only took a month due to ppl canceling due to covid so it was quick. Wondering if someone had recent experience. I know I need a referral and I am not calling as they don’t answer the phone so I am not leaving a message and wasting their time.

If you aren’t willing to keep on calling there’s your answer.

If you don't have a referral, the wait time is going to be - at least - until you get the referral.  
 
So start there, then you'll be able to find out. Even if someone had recent experience, it isn't going to give you any indication of how long it might take because the circumstances of your condition can affect the wait time.  
 
You don't need to post the circumstances of your condition, because it will not afford anyone here the insight that you're looking to get from them.  
 
Get your referral, go from there.

For sure you need your GP to give you a referral. Last year at this time I needed to see a ENT and it is hard to believe but they have a ENT doctor who is well regarded who works out of Portage Hospital.  
 
Once I got the referral - I phoned his clinic in Portage myself and told them that I would be willing to drive to Portage la Prairie to see him. I got in a whole lot faster as this doctor only does so many clinic days here at our PMH.  
 
So if you can and are willing to go to Portage la Prairie - (his clinic is right next door to the hospital there) - it will be a lot faster than going on his list for his Brandon visits and waiting to see him here.

PS: In my case it was less than 3 weeks to get to see him in Portage vs. who knows how long here in Bdn.  
 
If you are flexable to go you can even ask his office to put you on the cancellation list but you have to be able to go when they call you - to make it work out.
