I've heard the phone lines are a nightmare but many found luck with the online booking site. Could be worth a try.

Astra Zeneca is only for people under age 64 given at this time pharmacy and clinics  
 
Vaccines at this time for all those Over 65 -our most vulnerable “at super centres is Moderna and Pfizer as they are approved and clinically tested for 65 and over so Manitoba is going with that data unlike some other provinces. So hats off to Manitoba for going with the recommendations.  
 
Phone lines will be busy of course and there is a new online registration too .  
There will be glitches like mentioned in original OP a few days ago but they were addressed promptly.  
 
Just be patient and know what category you are in and watch/ listen for updates on your age group it’s far less stressful.  
Together we will all get this pandemic

I believe everyone over 69 (yes, healthy) are eligible, but they can only book the number of appointments for each site for what vaccine doses that they have available. Until they are given more doses, they cannot book more appointments. Now if you were willing to go somewhere else and they had doses, you would probably get an appointment. I don't see much point though lowering the age (and getting everyone's hopes up) just to be told they cannot have an appointment.  
 
I don't know if this is correct but my thoughts on the subject.

I was able to book my parents yesterday who are 70 and 72. One phone call. There was an option to have them call you back rather than wait on the phone.  
Anyone 69 or older, healthy or otherwise can book at the Keystone Centre Supersite.  
 
People between 50-64 with a certain list of medical conditions can be vaccinated at pharmacies and some dr's offices.

Booked both my parents on the online booking site yesterday with no issues.

can one get the permission form to fill out? Do the pharmacies carry the form?

that the age criteria has revised and my wife and I are eligible, I find the immunization site for the clinics/pharmacies is not now showing the map of locations.

Brandon Supersite is not booking anymore until they get more in. Many were saying they waited over 2 hours on the phone. Currently pharmacies and clinics can only do ages 50-64 with health conditions , and bigger age range for First Nations. Most pharmacies only got a small amount in so will probably be out this week. Hopefully our supercentre and pharmacies and clinics can get more stock in soon.

I attempted several times to book on line to no avail.. Booked by Phone ,took about 10 minutes to go live. But have not received the consent form just yet

for that info, but what if a person doesn't have a printer or a computer? Can a person pick up the form somewhere?

that they will have forms at the centres, just saves time if you have already filled one out.
