I do have herniated disc thats caused me nothing but issues for close to 2 years. Been waiting on surgery for disc replacement since seeing Dr demulenaer(i think I butchered his name)last August. Finally got in for a injection into lower back which has given a bit of relief for time being but that took forever to get as well, finally got in on a cancelation in March and can't get in again for one until end of November now. Was pumping pills for about a year and pretty much off of them now unless I do much around house. "

To clear a few things up.
When any kind of lifting or too much bending, it feels more achy than pain (does that make sense) so put on blue ice, do stretches, achy seems to go away with in about 10 to 15 seconds.
Must have somewhat of a high tolerance of pain (guessing) becuz when had Frozen shoulder 8yrs ago, the Doc wanted to put me on pain killers. Refused cuz told him there was no pain, unless moved it unknowingly the wrong way and any uncomfort went away within seconds. Frozen shoulder went away in 6 to 6and 1/2 month. Dr. Ho digital therapy religiously every day, multiply times a day seems to heal it.
Haven't used Dr. Ho on back cuz don't know if that's a good idea till hear of someone who uses it for herniated disks. (research internet didn't answer The Question asked.
Hope this cleared up some confusion
Oh and Me and the doc wanted a scan to to see if anything in my spine had to do with the high histamine, like rule out leukimia. Jess hope i',m making sense.
PS ....have butchered many spelling myself so no worries.
