Just wondering how people on this pres:cription make out. Dr.’s want me to go on this for my arthritis. What are your thoughts?

look into CBD, i have heard nothing but good things for arthritis pain.

My experience with this was awful. I gave myself injections as a form of treatment that my Dr. prescribed my for my autoimmune disease.  
I felt sick and exhausted all the time, my nails became super brittle and I lost a LOT of hair.  
I gave it a good try but ended up stopping the treatment.

Thank you for the info. I to have an autoimmune disease that’s going after my joints. Seems like the treatment is worse than the disease sometimes. I wish there was a less invasive approach.

I was on Methotrexate when I was diagnosed with an aggressive from of RA. I had to take it as 1 of 3 DMARDS (Disease Modifying Agents) to try and control it.  
 
I found it provided very little relief but I think some people can manage RA with a single medication.  
 
It did not work for me and I was advanced to the next level of treatments which is now a simple injection I give myself once a week of Enbrel. It is about $20,000 a year so you need special clearance to have insurance cover it after your pharmacare deductable.
