I was wondering who is Brandon does consultations with their clients to see if their hair can even tolerate a perm? Also who has portfolios available of past clients who have gotten one?  
 
I long, thin hair that I am considering wanting to perm. Not tight spirals but maybe beach waves or loose spiral type curls!  
 
I do have a few pictures in mind of what I want but the first important step is a consultation to see if my hair would even be able to handle the process.  
 
I don't want to see a student who is just learning either. I am looking for recommendations of people who are skilled in perms. Thanks!
