Pastor fined again

Saw CTV news about this.
My say:
Fine if you want. But please jail awhile so he may get the point.
And
Do law enforcement know that churches are not open or closed decisions are not made by pastor. Never are enforcing public health rules.
Each church has a board of directors who have motions and vote on all these matters. The pastor can have a lot of influence and if they vote and usually they don’t they would only have one vote.
So please fine all board members as well.
Every time I hear “Education” I want to vomit. It’s been 2 years they know the rules.
Even 4 year olds know the rules. I was in Walmart on Wednesday and I heard a little guy tell his mom remember social distancing.
