Can you get it at most drug stores now ?

Shoppers -Sobeys-Safeway -Pharmasave -Super Thrifty  
 
Just call pharmacy at any of them make sure they have the vaccine in stock .  
 
Safeway-Sobeys South and Shoppers have signs just inside doors advertising vaccines available 1-2-3 shots.  
Haven’t been in Pharmasave or Super Thrifty lately but did hear it on radio.

If you are asking about a 4th shot, the answer is not yet. Health Canada is talking about offering it to vulnerable and Northern First Nation people first, then for general public, BUT it is not happening yet.

Manitoba gov website says adults over 18 that are immunocompromised are eligible for fourth shot at this time.

The discussion clearly states they are looking for 2nd booster, not 4th. To the OP- PMH is holding pop up vaccine clinics at the mall, I remember seeing several dates for April if that  
works for you as well.

Wouldn't that be a 4th shot? The original, to be fully vaccinated, was 2 shots. Then the 3rd was a booster.

This morning's Winnipeg Free Press headline:  
"Provinces should prep to offer 2nd boosters"  
A quote from the article:  
"The National Advisory Committee on Immunization recommended that a second booster may be offered to people between 70-79 years of age, and to people from First Nations, Metis, and Inuit communities."  
 
Therefore a second booster equals a fourth shot in Federal Immunization parlance.  
 
Also in today's Winnipeg Free Press, Manitoba Health Minister says "Manitobans can expect to hear about second booster shots as early as this week."
