Primary care providers are being asked to follow up with their patients, and access assistance through consultative psychiatric services.
You have taken the appropriate steps to find a new primary care provider. You can phone the number for Doctor Finder, and explain your situation to them. Sometimes the squeaky wheel gets the grease, so to speak, so keep phoning them regularly until you get connected. "
I appreciate the response, but why should I expect a different result by calling the Doctor Finder number again? They said they'd get back to me and never did which tells me there probably aren't any available doctors showing up in their system.
However, I will call them again tomorrow on the off chance that they never got back to me due to some other issue (incompetence, mishearing my phone number, etc.) and because I'm running out of options and time.
