What do dental hygienists cost on average when a person has no health benefits.
Any recommendations.

All offices will follow the MB fee guide - some charge above it. You can cut costs by not doing things like X-rays, fluoride or polishing. Scaling is usually the most important as that’s actually getting the hardened plaque off your teeth

A lot has to do with you oral hygiene health as well. If you havent had cleanings in years the cost will be more.

I go every 6 months for cleaning and checkups, xrays when needed, covered under insurance, and my bill is always around $300.

does anyone have a recommendation for a real good dental hygienist? I have been going to the same one for years, but the last two times have been disappointed.

last time she was running late, which was ok, but then rushed me through, but still charged the same amount so I am ready to switch.
