It depends.
If you want to see an allergist, the closest one is Winnipeg. The one at Grace Hospital is very good, and a reasonable 2 hour drive with the Grace only being a few minutes from the west perimeter. You will need a referral from your doctor. It is covered by Manitoba Health. The allergist will do a prick test, which is the most reliable form of allergy testing.
If you wanted to do it via naturopath, probably any in town do it. You will pay out of pocket. It is a blood test. I don't know how reliable it is. It always seems like a fishing expedition to me.
Either way, if you suspect you have allergies start keeping a diary of what you eat and how you feel. It will help your health care provider determine the best course of action. Your primary care provider can determine if allergy testing is right for you.
