Anyone tried getting through today? I keep getting attempts to connect me and then says there is a technical error and to try again later. Same thing with either trying station vs operator.

Are you using the new numbers?

It took me awhile to figure out they have different numbers. They are on their website. But I don’t understand with the switchboard one should be working for the convenience for people who don’t use internet or don’t have smart phones. I also phoned switchboard and nothing.  
It was frustrating and I told them that. They need to advise people maybe by newspaper at least??

I tried to get through my Dr.’s station yesterday with the new numbers to no avail. So I phoned switchboard-nothing there either. So then I tried random stations until I got through (station 1). I told the receptionist about my struggles getting through, and could she please transfer me to station *. She said “our clinic is having problems with the new phone lines” before she transferred me. Shouldn’t the public be made aware of this? It’s so frustrating!
