For clarification Are you meaning that a left turn (to head West) leaving giant tiger should no longer be allowed? Right turn only?

It's a dangerous corner for sure. Getting rid of left turns would be safer.

First off, we have to assume the idiot drivers in this city will actually READ the signs (they won't, stupid is as stupid does), and then also hope that everyone will follow that signage rule (they won't, stupider is as stupider does). As someone who drives in just the downtown core Brandon, trust me, I've seen some of the biggest collection of dumbpidity on a regular basis. People don't stop at stop signs, and they sure as hell don't know what a red light is anymore. Expecting people to read signs would be a friggin miracle. The best option we can hope for is that a certain store by Canadian tire ends their Monopoly on an empty building so Giant Tiger can move to a bigger, better location.
