Anyone to discuss aniexty or depression? I've been suffering on and off for about 5 years and it's finally gotten to the point that I am seeking professional help. My aniexty has gotten so bad, my stomach just aches, can't eat, can't sleep. I've tried medication in the past but hated how it made me feel. Anyone on medication with great results?
