rides to St.Boniface

Are there rides available to St.B at a reasonable rate for people who require treatment at the hospital? Have already looked into riding the bus or the air shuttle.
A ride would be needed every 4-6 weeks usually on a Tuesday or a Thursday.
Just exploring options.
