Fibromyalgia

So I just have a few questions to anyone that is also stuggling with this pain... I have fibromylgia and was just wondering if anyone can recommend anything that helps? either natural products or not.. My doc keeps giving me anti-depressants and they do nothing for the pain.. I can barely move in the morning and I think i may actually be starting to become depressed because I cant do anything.. Its a huge struggle, especially because I have kids.. I would love to find something that would help.. Please anyone with any sort of advice..
