Anti-aging!

Hi, everyone. I have two questions:
1) As of recent I have noticed 3 or 4 small 2-3 millimeter marks on my face(cheeks9 and I have no idea what they are or how to get rid of them or if I CAN get rid of them. They look similar to marks you might get when you are a child from falling down the stairs or something. Little dents, almost. And I hate them! I am only 22! Has anyone else experienced these?
2) I am looking for the best Anti-aging creams out there. What does everyone out there use? Thanks!
