Medications for ADD/ADHD

What experience does anyone have with medications for ADD and ADHD? Such as Ritilin, Dexidrin, Concerta? Other?
Have you ever tried anything in the more natural area of medicine? Such as the omega oils? Other?
What age?
Side effects?
Any other information that could be helpful...
