My Dr has informed me i need to change my habits because my body is not absorbing enough B12 or cholesterol. Now i am on B12 shots and they are helping and my bad cholesterol is not high by any means, but i have NO good cholesterol.
I do not want my eating habits to be passed on to my kids, but i am at a loss of where to even start! I eat chicken and fish, pasta, veggies,fruit and yogurt but still nothing is happening. I still need the shots and my cholesterol is going no where. I need some meal ideas, lunch and supper to help me get on the right track. I don't have a fortune to spend on extra food for just me so meals for the whole family would be great.

I just want to add that i am not over weight so no need for a diet talk. I am 5 lbs "over weight" so i'm not worried weight wise but of course i would love to see that go!
