Make overs

Has anyone out there ever had a make over ? My friend and I were watching What Not To Wear and got talking about make overs. The Ultimate Centre in Bdn. does make overs. Has anyone had one ? What is all involved - Clothes, hair, make-up and cost ? We are seriously thinking of doing this but would like to hear from some others that have been there and done it. Thanks
