Just wondering if anyone has tried one of these and how you like it?  
 
What thickness did you get, and did you find that it made your bed softer, or more firm? Did it help to make back pain in the morning disappear?  
 
My mattress is in good shape - it's not very old, but I've been finding that my back is killing me when I get out of bed. I've been thinking that it might be good to get one of these, but I don't want to waste the money if they don't do anything.
