Hello all, I have nerve damage in one of my feet and have been in a fair amount of pain these past few weeks. I'm just wondering what you do to relieve this sort of pain? This has been an ongoing issue for a few years now and haven't found much that helps. Thanks so much

Normal pain medications like Tylenol, Advil, and traditional prescription pills do not work for nerve pain.  
 
You will need to talk to your Dr for a prescription for nerve blocker such as Gabapentin.  
 
Or would physio therapy or something along that line be helpful to alleviate the pressure on the nerve?

I was thinking physio as my next option. Just trying to find something to alleviate the pain while at work and home. At work it's wrapped and at home I elevate and ice it

I have diabetic nerve pain and numbness. I wrap my feet and ankles in tensor bandages. It helps to increase circulation. Also you could get compression socks. They sell them at Walmart near the pharmacy. I prefer the tensors.

Is it related to sitting at work? Do you know what triggers it? There's different kinds of nerve pain. Stretching, yoga, desensitization. Physio should have lots of knowledge for you. I hope you find something that works for you.
