Thank you to the eBrandon community out there!  
I recently posted a classified ad asking for someone to share a scoby so that I could try brewing kombucha and almost immediately had a response. Two days later and several offers, my first batch is brewing!! Can't wait to taste it.  
I recently tried a brother-in-laws homemade ginger kombucha and it was amazing.
