My grains are pinkish in colour and do not seem to be very productive. I believe I may have neglected them for too long :/
Any advice? Is there any way to revive them? I have tried soaking them in milk but it doesn't smell right once it ferments. Anyone have any big healthy new cultures I could get a hold of?
I am having milk kefir withdrawals! lol
