    Yoga; stress free?

    Does anyone know of a yoga class that is targeted towards those that are either elderly, or have serious joint issues? Looking for low stress with easy movement that will accommodate those with arthritis and joint replacement??

    There is a class Tues. at 2:15 at Park ave activity centre.
