how do you deal with them ?

My doctor removed 52 of them from me a couple of years ago. If they don't look "strange" he said that a good pair of nail scissors can be used at home if they are small and would not need stiches. Just to make sure that I sterilize the scissors before use and after.

go see our Dermatologist, have them removed professionally, or at the very least your own MD.

Compound w has a skin tag removal kit

I actually had one that rubbed or got caught on my bra so I put a bandaid on it for about 4 days and when I took it off it was smaller and dead looking so I gave it a little tug and it came right off! I have always been told that doctors burn them off so I avoided going and now I'm glad I didn't go!

I've done it a couple times where you tie a piece of thread very tight around the base of the skin tag and then in a couple days it just falls off.

The freezing method if you are fair/sensitive skinned.  
 
I just had a whole bunch of little ones nitrogened in the doctors office and they made such a gross brown burn. It has also been nearly two weeks and they have not fallen off yet.  
 
My doc suggested next time I use sterile clippers or manicure scissors if they are small. Just keep the area clean and sterile and don't attempt the larger ones yourself due to bleed risk.

had a couple burnt off in Drs. office. No problems, no mark left. Would definitely do it again. (they were on my nose and were itchy, so I was rubbing them and were bleeding a lot)
