So I lost a newer set of bifocals, then had to get another new set,but he changed my prescription and now I can't see very well. Have been back but they gave me a run around. Can I ask for my money back? I can't see and have no backup glasses?

Go back and complain. I have had my eyes checked and glasses made. When I got them it was blurry. Another check of the eyes and prescription was changed. Made me a new set of lenses and all was good.

I am having that problem right now. The only solution is to keep at them for frame adjustments, then re-do the eye-test, last resort is order new lenses-frustrating
