    Traditional Metis Dance classes?

    Hi! I have a 16 year old girl interested in learning traditional Metis dance (jig/group dances). Does anyone know where a beginner could take classes? Thanks all!

    None in brandon. The closest is portage or whereever the turtle mountain steppers practice which i think is boissevain.

    They practice at lake metigoshe. Right now it's once a month until it warms up a bit. They kids dance and then have lunch that's provided. It's a great program and the teachers are really good. Contact the MMF and they will put you in touch with the teacher for more information
