Anyone know of any hula hooping classes in Brandon or where to buy a quality hoop other than on line.

I bought my weighted hula hoop at sport chek. If you are going to use a weighted hula hoop, be prepared for the bruising lol, it can be quite shocking at first. I started hula hooping last year. Its not much of a work out I find.

I checked at Sports Check, Source for Sports and Stream n Wood and none of those places had them. Will check out the Y class. Thought it would be great exercise? Will have to research it more. Thanks for the tips.
