I tried this thread once before and never got much of a response, so trying again.  
 
Does anyone use these - adult perferrably. Have you noticed a difference in your sleep.  
 
Does anyone knows someone who makes them or where to buy one?

I had one made just for me, in April. It's completely changed how I sleep. No more restless legs, no tossing and turning. I ordered a medium which is just about the size of a throw blanket. It's been good for summer but I think for winter I'd like one a bit bigger. I chose 7 lbs of weight, when I order the large one next time, I'm going to go even heavier, likely 12 lbs.  
 
I ordered mine online, the lady was amazing, gave me several options for fabric, shipping was only $20 and it was made right here in Canada. If you want her info, send me a private message.

Like a broken record but I would mind the info as well. Ive read if could help kids with adhd so I wouldn't mind more info on the blanket.

I just talked to a seamstress and she saw this thread and is going to look into more. She also suggested that buying two single comforters and using that instead of fabric, would be a lot cheaper.

thanks for your information. I have just placed an order with her, and she was wonderful to deal with. Didn't take long as I am letting her pick the material, she will have it to me by next Friday.

I purchased one of those big blankets in the mall kiosk at Christmas time. It is just perfect for weight and really settles me down at night or even in the evening when I feel restless but need comfort and calmness
