More of an On-going thing, not short-term Challenge

Great motivation for weight-loss is thru the weekly weigh-ins at a T.O.P.S. meeting. Recognition for best losers, Weekly, Monthly, and Yearly. Gets you making better lifestyle choices, which have longer lasting results than a short-term "challenge". Lots of support, encouragement, dialogue about what works for members, etc. They have an Open House this Thursday (Jan. 12th) at Seniors for Seniors and you can find out where & when the 5 different groups meet. No harm in checking, right? It''''''''s at 7 pm. (Non-profit & inexpensive, so they''''''''re not trying to sell you stuff.)
