Hi. I was a member at WW to expensive.  
I go to TOPS still-we don't work on the points system. We don't tell you what to eat. We believe in small several goals.  
Break down your goals weekly meetings.  
Keep a journal of what your eating.  
I also use the food exchange system with TOPS. Starch fruit milk vegetables meat fat and free.  
In fact Tops is having a Open House information night tomorrow @seniors for seniors Thursday Jan 12 @ 7 pm it is free come if you wish

difference is Tops is NON-Profit which makes it much cheaper than WW as is it a profit organization.  
They will both give you support and extra motivation with weekly weighins and meeting.
