I have almost no meat between the bone and the ground. I totally thought something injected in there might help. I wish I knew for certain but perhaps there will be someone who will know something on here.

I am not sure there is a doctor that would perform Botox treatments on feet. Botox is a temporary paralysis of muscles. Botox treatment could affect her ability to walk or stand. I would check with a doctor, I really don't think this would even be an option, unless in a wheelchair or bed ridden. Just my understanding of Botox.  
 
Would she be diabetic, if so Diabetic neuropathy can be very painful, but there is medicine to treat this.

Ask anyone with Rheumatoid Arthritis, waking up with feet that feel like they must be broken is a red flag. All it takes is a blood test and get a referral to a rheumatologist. RA can progress quite quickly, I am speaking from experience. I wasted money and time on quick fixes. Don't waste time and get blood tests to rule it out at least. Good luck!

I have trouble with my feet aching and hurting to walk on . have been told it is arthritis . I have found that Sketchers shoes help ,they are a biy pricey , but weel worth it . memory foam insoles and a flexible outersole . it' worth a try
