    My daughter would like to get into yoga. She is 9 years. Is there anywhere that has classes for her age group?

    Does she believe that she has the right to run around or is she mature enough to treat the other participants with respect?  
     
    The Women's Resource Centre offers free yoga, but it might be during school time.  
     
    I wonder if there are videos online that could get her started.

    She is mature for her age and knows when it is time to listen and time to play. We have tried the online videos. Look for something more with guidance and in person.

    The Y offered youth Yoga (I think for 8 to 12 year olds) not this current session but a prior one. You can enquire if they are going to offer it again in the fall.

    If you were able to attend the beginner sessions with her, some instructors may accept her as a student. You can then help each other at home.
