Anybody with L4-L5, L5-S1 disc bulges that have seen a chiropractor, can you tell me your story with results good or bad.

I spent three weeks in hospital while they tried to treat me for disc problems between L5-S1, finally was sent for scan and found a herniated disc. This was thirty years ago and the decision was made against surgery. If I do something stupid that causes it to act up I do head off to the chiropractor and have had good results. I will mention that over a thirty year period I have a seen a few chiropractors, some have been great, some have not.  
I hope you find relief from the pain, and I hope that you have results similar to mine from a chiropractor, I would say about 95% to the good.

The right massage therapist and multiple treatments can go a long way as well. Stretching and strengthening are the keys to long term rehab

tried massage, physio, medication, both OTC and prescription, nothing has worked, hopefully chiro will make a difference.
