Hello, I think that Gillian has chair yoga classes that might be suitable, she conducts the classes out of Inspired Yoga Studio at 435 Rosser Ave (East entrance).
The facebook page for the studio is "Inspired Yoga at Inspire You Studio". The page says to contact Gillian directly for chair yoga, her number is (204) 570-1756.
