I tried it for a two month period and think it actually helped: either that or things got better which isn't really possible. I also tried Voltaren: which for me didn't provide as much relief as 'Lakota' roll on product. Exercise and just walking are great as well and swimming is probably one of the best.
I say try different things as everyone will be different. I know someone who swears by the Voltaren, but didn't work for me.
Good Luck and keep moving. " |

Actually, your meniscus can get better, but it takes time. I have a torn meniscus (I believe it is in my other knee too) and have been researching some natural ways to heal it. PM me if you want to know more.
Curcumin, which is found in turmeric, is supposed to help with pain. Could it be that your curcumin was not from a very strong/pure source? I hear that can be a possibility if is not helping.
I had a friend who drank golden milk for pain relief and she said it worked quite well for her. Curcumin needs an oil (coconut or almond is recommended), black pepper, milk and a bit of warmth. Usually it is sweetened with a touch of honey.
You could always flog yourself with stinging nettle or getting stung by bees in that area as has been or is done in some areas of the world, although that would not be my preferred treatment(!!!).
