Hi there.
I would suggest asking for a referral to an endocrinologist. I am honestly shocked that you are losing consciousness due to your blood pressure dropping, and they haven''t immediately had you seen by one.
Hair loss, drop in blood pressure, loss of consciousness and muscle/joint pain are all common symptoms of Addison''s disease, which is a condition in which your adrenal glands do not produce enough cortisol. When the condition is bad enough, it can cause what is called an adrenal or addisonian crisis and can be extremely dangerous, sometimes fatal.
Having your cortisol levels checked, in my books, would be absolutely the number one priority.
