Human bodies have many variables, and do not operate on strict equations. The same medical condition, illness, injury, or surgery can give different results in different people. Sometimes there are obvious variables, but often it's just the way it is. Two people can have knee replacements by the same surgeon, both do all the prehab and post op physio exercises, follow the aftercare instructions to a T.....but one may be left with no pain, and the other may be left with pain just the same as before the replacement.
