I assume you have this figured out, but I will chime in anyway. Your last reply concerns me since you said there was no padlock.
With all browsers, legitimate websites will always have a padlock in the address bar preceding the HTTPS. This indicates end to end encryption and is pretty much the standard.
I should note that Ebrandon is a bit of an anomaly in this area, as the website does not default to encryption. It is available however by adding the s (or by downloading the https everywhere browser extension).
Either way, illegitimate websites tend not to be as visibly locked down as the real platforms. And it looks like you may have found one. If this is the case, change your password IMMEDIATELY. If it''s a shared password, change them all.
Even if it''s unneeded, there is a bit there for everyone. No one can be too careful these days.
