Love it or List it

We are expecting another child and have realized that we need more room. We are living in a home we love, but it is just too small. We are disappointed with whats available on the market in Brandon right now and are thinking that adding to our current home might be the way to go. Anybody got stories, good or bad, about additions. Also looking for names of good contractors (who work with permits only).
