I just wanted to thank maple leaf for driving me out of town!!! For the last month iv done nothing but search for a place with no luck(either its rented or they do not accept kids), I have also spoke with housing specialists who agree that landlords now only want to rent to mapleleaf because if there is a problem they can contact maple leaf and they will deal with it.. So now i have to split up my family leave my boyfriend here to stay at the hotel in which he works, and take my 6 month old son 3 hours away so that i can stay with family. Its just sickning already to think that he has to find a house on his own then have us move in because if its already rented they cannot discriminate against children living there.. i can understand this in some situations but one house thats accepts kids out of every 20 its a bit much!
