I was reading the article in today's Brandon Sun 'Building boom rolls on' and i was quite miffed at the so called affordable housing, what a joke! Brandon seems to forget about the working poor who can't afford the price tag of $162000 to $197000 of these condo's or the homes that exceed $225000. Even the price of rent in these new two or three bedroom apartments are insane, $1000 to $1300 a month...thats like a mortgage payment. I guess the all mighty dollar is all these so called developers see....open your eyes and hearts to the hard working blue collar workers in this city that struggle to make ends meet! These 'Developers' only cater to the 'upper middle class' citizens of this city, wake up and smell what your shovelling
