Hi eBrandon,  
 
I am just wondering if anybody has had experience with purchasing a house, and than renting it out. Or owns a house and is currently renting the rooms out to multiple individuals.  
 
Is there anywhere i can obtain information on what is required to do so the legal way and not under the table?  
 
I haven't purchased the house yet but ideally this is what i would like to do with the house.  
 
Any information regarding this specifications for rules / regulations / information regarding Manitoba and the City of Brandon owning and renting a house would be greatly appreciated.  
 
I apologize for the new question as this is not an area i am very familiar with and do not know were to look!
