Buying a Home in Rural Manitoba

I'm looking to buy a home in Rural Manitoba (Not a farm or a lot of land) Just want a reasonalbly priced home and to live in the country.
Would have to be within 45 minutes of Brandon and Shilo, at least.
Does anyone know of anything or can anyone point me in the right direction? There really doesn't seem to be much out there right now.
